About Candour Consultancy...

Candour Consultancy is an independent financial brokerage offering impartial advice to expatriates in the Gulf region. Since our formation in 2004, we have built a reputation amongst both expatriates and product providers for the high quality of our advice, our administration and post-sales service.

At Candour it is understood that most consultants meet there clients outside the office; we also have the philosophy that what is the point being self-employed and paying up to 50% of the income you generate to someone else. By not having a large office that is rarely used we have reduced our overheads, allowing us to pay our consultants a starting rate of 100% of 3x notional commission. These commission rates are increased as certain commission ceilings are past.

Conversely, it is also understood that some clients will prefer to meet in an office and that any company requires a professional corporate face. With this in mind, Candour provides meeting and front desk facilities at the prestigious Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.  We also have an administration office with full time administrative and broker support.

What to do next...

For those happy producing smaller levels of business or who require the support and comfort of a big office and a highly defined management and training structure, Candour Consultancy is not for you.

However, if you are knowledgeable, a higher earner and would like more of the income you generate to land in your pocket, we could be the move you have been looking for. A consultant on 80% who earns £100,000 a year at present, would earn over £125,000 per annum with us.
