New property management service launched for absent ex-pat home-owners

A new property management service has been set up for Ex-pats who own a UK property but do not wish to rent out.
Property management firm Sentinel Residential has launched a service for owners of London homes who don?t want or need to rent them out, but need a UK based manager to keep an eye on them.
Sentinel say they offer a number of tailored services, including:
- Property evaluation and maintenance - ensuring that the safety and value of the property is maintained
- Secure key-holding for twice-weekly inspections and emergency situations when the client is away
- Day-to-day running of every aspect of the property, from paying bills to managing staff
Managing Director Simon Fenwick says, `Owners used to have to rely on a variety of people to carry out day to day jobs around the house while they were away, often with disastrous results. Now, we can do the whole lot for them.`
