Candour
Introducers Network
(29/08/2006)
When Candour
Consultancy was established, one of the first decisions we made
was to break from the norm and, rather than employing a group of
telesales staff to harass expatriates and make appointments, we
would rely on the quality of our advice and service to provide
us with a steady stream of referrals. This approach has proven
very popular in the marketplace and remains a core principle
upon which the company is based.
Two years ago,
we added a second non-intrusive medium to reach new clients when
we launched the monthly newsletter. The newsletter remains free
to expatriates and without the requirement of providing personal
details to read the articles – our philosophy being that, whilst
we would like to do business with every expatriate, we would
prefer to put people in the picture even if they decide not to.
Recently, we
have started receiving referrals from employers, solicitors,
schools, accountants and other individuals/institutions with
‘spheres of influence’. We realise that such professionals do
more than make a basic introduction; often meeting the client
and identifying their needs before making the referral. With
this in mind, we have created the Candour Introducers Network.
The
introducers’ network is a channel for those in a position of
influence to make professional introductions to us. Candour
Consultancy will remunerate introducers for the work involved in
identifying the referral and recommending the company. We are
confident that we offer the best introducers fees in the market.
Some examples
of those who could benefit from the introducers network include:
-
You are a
solicitor who realises the partners of a company you
represent require a double-option agreement to protect against
the death of a partner.
-
You are
company/HR manager who has been approached by staff
members requiring independent financial advice or a specific
product.
-
You are a
school/teacher who has parents looking to start saving
towards their children’s university fees.
-
You
are an accountant who identifies a client who requires
a Will and/or tax-planning solution.
-
You run a
relocation company and have clients asking taxation,
insurance or financial planning questions.
-
You
are an estate agent who has clients who require
mortgage advice or life assurance.
-
You have a
group of friends/colleagues who require retirement plans or
medical insurance; you explain the need and introduce more
than one of them to the company.
