Premier Launch International Property Fund

An investment in property provides security associated with a tangible asset that can be touched and seen, has historically shown little correlation to equities and bonds and potentially provides an excellent diversification option for investors. With the strength of such asset backing in mind The Premier Group have announced the launch of an exciting new fund: The Premier Property Options Fund.
Building upon the success of their existing UK commercial property fund, Premier have teamed up with Colliers Capital, the fund management business of Colliers CRE plc, one of the UK’s leading real estate advisory firms and a member of Colliers International. Colliers International is a global alliance that:
- Has over 50 independent property consultancies: 248 offices in 51 countries with collectively over 9000 people in employment
- Has approximately 63 million square metres under property management with aggregate turnover in 2004 of US$1.17 billion
- In 2004 Colliers International was the third largest property consultant in the world
The Premier Property Options Fund is designed to provide potential for capital growth, over the long term, through investment in a diversified range of property investment options without the need to purchase, manage and maintain property directly, providing investors with a choice of three different actively managed property investment opportunities:
- UK Residential Property
- European property
- Global property
Colliers have been running a Global fund for number of years for institutional investors which produced in excess of 35% annualised growth for 3 years from 2002. This type of potential is now available to retail investors through Premier`s Global options.
Investors have the choice of Sterling, US Dollar or Euro currency options and can choose to invest in any one or all of the investment options making the Fund attractive to investors looking to diversify their investment portfolio. The minimum investment level is £10,000, US$ 15,000 or €15,000.
