IMP offer exclusive `fees free` re-mortgage package

Leading expatriate mortgage intermediaries, International Mortgage Plans have secured a £10,000,000 tranche of `fee free` remortgage funds from The Portman Building Society.
International Mortgage Plans are offering the following terms to those looking to re-finance an existing UK property:
* Interest at B.o.E. base rate +0.25% (currently 5%) for 3 years
* No lenders arrangement fee
* Free valuation on properties up to £500,000
* Free legal fees - except in Scotland
* A choice of Interest Only or Capital & Interest repayments
* No compulsory loan protection or home insurance
* No extra charge for letting the property whilst overseas
In fact the only charges are the lenders booking fee of £150 and International Mortgage Plans administration fee of 0.25% (minimum £350, maximum £500) which is only payable on the issue of a satisfactory mortgage offer.
